Nacre Dance Company to perform Doris Humphrey’s
“Shakers” at Shaker Heritage Society

Albany, NY – Nacre Dance Company will perform Doris Humphrey’s 1930 “Shaker” theatrical dance piece at the Shaker Heritage Society at 25 Meeting House Road, Albany, NY (located adjacent to Albany International Airport off Heritage Lane) on Saturday, April 14th at 1pm.

This modern dance classic was inspired byauthentic Shaker hymns and dances and is lead by the character role of Ann Lee. Although there is no admission charge for this performance, a $5.00 donation per adult is suggested.
