Saratoga Children’s
Theatre Teen Troupe Performs “Legally Blond, The Musical”

 

The Saratoga Children’s
Theatre announces live performances of Legally Blond, The Musical at the Bernhard
Theatre, Skidmore College, Saratoga Springs, NY on Friday, July 26 at 1 PM and
7 PM and Saturday July 27 at 1 PM and 7 PM. Local teens will be starring in the
musical which has been directed by Michael Lotano and Matt Duclos and
choreographed by Sarah Sutliff. Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for children
at the door and refreshments will be available for purchase. This show is rated PG.

 

Harvard’s beloved blonde takes the stage by pink storm in
this fun, upbeat musical about self-discovery. Based on the adored movie,
Legally Blond, the Musical, stays true to form with a peppy score and playful
book.  This musical is ridiculously
enjoyable from start to finish. Elle Woods appears to have it all. Her life is
turned upside-down, however, when her boyfriend dumps her so he can start
getting serious about his life and attend Harvard Law.  Determined to get him back, Elle uses her
charm to get into Harvard Law. At school, she struggles with peers, professors,
and Warner Huntington.  With the help of
Paulette and Emmett, though, Elle quickly realizes her potential and sets out
to prove herself to the world.
