 "Amy Lane's Susan was a delight to watch . . . .  entirely believable as a woman losing her mind, torn between two realities and trying to make sense of what was happening to her.   Victor L. Cahn, as her somewhat mild-mannered doctor Bill, was also very good. Cahn always has the stage presence  needed to give the shows he  appears in some much-needed gravitas."

An outstanding drama from Britain's comedy genius. Ayckbourn, an Olivier and Tony Award winning playwright, has written 77 plays including The Norman Conquests, Absurd Person Singular, and Life of Riley. 

 

After stepping on the toothed end of a garden rake, Susan experiences hallucinations in which her boring and oppressive everyday life is replaced by a fantasy.  Now she is the ideal wife with the ideal family!  But is this merely bliss, or has she merely let her sanity lapse?  "The Secret Life of Walter Mitty meets Blithe Spirit meets The Exorcist."

 

The eight member cast features Amy M. Lane (as Susan), Victor L. Cahn (as Bill), Jeremy Clowe (Andy), Alysson M. Kelly (Lucy), John A. Nickles (Tony), Marty O'Connor (Gerald), Joan Justice (Muriel), and Ben McCauley (Rick).
