'Sunday in Park with George' elevates bar of local theater 

    . . . this is a superior production of an incredibly difficult work. It will impress anyone who has heretofore failed to recognize the high level of non-professional talent available in the area. This is a splendid production of terms of acting, singing and, above all, technical support.
   Indeed, the first act finale in which Seurat's painting is recreated on stage with the ensemble singing "Sunday," is a goose-bump moment. This is one show about which you wish you could leave whistling the set designed by Duncan Morrison (who also directed the production.)
