Local Actors Guild of Saratoga is proud to present Chasing Charles by J.J.
Buechner and new play about the life and death of Charles Elsen, native of
Schenectady New York, a renowned wig and make up designer for opera,
Broadway, Television and many celebrity clients.  The playwright, a local
resident of Saratoga and relative of Mr. Elsen, will be available for
