*Beauty and the Beast Dance Workshop with Michael Whitney*

You will be learning a dance from *Beauty and the Beast*!! There will be
two different Workshops held on Saturday, June 4th. They are broken down by
age group.

When: Saturday, June 4th from 9:00am-10:30am for ages 7-12  AND
 10:45am-12:15pm for ages 13-18
Where: Saratoga Senior Center

Fee: $25

 Michael Whitney is currently working on *Backbeard The Musical*
(Choreographer)
at the Theatre Institute at SAGE. He previous credits include *Beauty And
The Beast* National Tour (Dance Captain/ Swing/ U/S for Lefou/ Fight
Captain/ Asst. Director), *Beauty And The Beast *International Tour (Asst.
Director),*ELF* National Tour (Asst. Director/ Fight Coordinator), *Peter
And The Wall* (Director), *Thoroughly Modern Millie* (Choreographer).
Michael is originally from Niskayuna, NY and currently resides in
Manhattan.

Makeup Techniques Workshop with Genn Shaughnessy

*Space is limited*
In this makeup class you will learn makeup techniques and all about makeup
brushes, their uses and how to take care of them.
Genn will go over how to prep and prime skin for a makeup application, how
to asses skin type and color, what foundations to use and how to apply
contour, highlighter and other complexion products.
For eyes, Genn will also go over priming the skin, what brushes and
products to use along with choosing products, colors and textures.
We will touch a bit upon character development and how to research for your
role in terms of makeup looks.
There will be a demonstration on a model and a chance to work with a
partner to practice immediately what you’ve learned.
*Please bring all of your own brushes, and makeup if you have any but don’t
purchase any until the class to avoid buying unnecessary products, brushes
and tools. Makeup and brushes will be supplied to supplement items you are
missing.*

Ages: 11-18

When: Saturday, June 11 from 11am-2pm

Genn Shaughnessy has numerous film, print and web  credits to her name that
include FOX, People Magazine, Teen People Magazine American Idols Live and
Trading Spaces. She combines tremendous talent and make-up savvy with a
plethora of experience and the ability to deliver uncompromising quality of
work to every professional work setting.

Genn has trained under various accredited Directors and Department Heads
and can boast working with celebrity clients such as; Ron Perlman, Judy
Greer, Michael Shannon, Thomas Lennon, Christina Hendricks, Michael
Torpey, Carrie Underwood, Alessandro Nivola, Alicia “Lecy” Goranson,
Julianne Nicholson, David Cassidy, NY Giants Brandon Jacobs, and even
former New York State Governor Elliot Spitzer.

Genn is also available for public speaking engagements, corporate training
& seminars and private or industry staff makeup lessons.
