[Theater Voices]

REMINDER: Opens Friday, February 17th

Theater Voices will present a staged reading of *2 Across*: *A New Comedy
of Crosswords and Romance *by Jerry Mayer and directed by David A. Carta.

Performances will be held at Steamer No. 10 Theatre, 500 Western Avenue,
Albany on *Friday February 17 at 8:00 pm; Saturday February 18 at 3:00 pm
and 8:00 pm: and Sunday February 19 at 3:00 pm.* Admission is free.



Two strangers--a psychologist and an unemployed ad man--board a  4:30
AM San Francisco BART commuter train. The two strangers, played by Patricia
Bunce and Howard Schaffer, find themselves alone in the car, each doing
the Saturday New York Times crossword puzzle. A conversation starts, and
their animated and sometimes prickly comments result in surprising and
unpredictable insights. When they reach their destination, they may have
found the solution to a puzzle they didn't know they had.
