*The Ghent Playhouse presents Once Upon a Mattress – A musical comedy for
the entire family.*
*Once Upon a Mattress *runs through Sunday, February 5 with performances
Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m. and Sunday afternoons at 2 p.m.
What do you get when you mix one pea, 20 mattresses and a Princess-to-be

popular fairytale, “The Princess and the Pea.” Join Queen Aggravain

last season’s *The Weir*) as they rule a small medieval kingdom in 15th
Century Europe. Other Playhouse regulars, Sam Reilly as Prince Dauntless
and Michael Meier as Sir Harry were last seen on stage in this season’s
Panto. Arielle Lant who usually is behind the scenes stage managing or
assistant directing takes the stage as Lady Lucille and Joseph Sicotte
(Seymour in last season’s *Little Shop of Horrors*) assumes the role of the
Jester. Erin Harwood, Robyn Brahm, Megan Moran, Dylan Widjiono, Adrian
Alcala, Andy Johnston, Charlotte Hays, Mark Lant & Maeve Nielsen help
round out the cast.

Rodgers; Lyrics by Marshall Louis Barer; Directed by Teri Conte; Sara Conte
