On Sunday, July 30th at 2:00pm, the Town Players of Pittsfield presents the first staged reading of their 97th Season, Joe Starzyk's "After The Darkness". The air-conditioned Whitney Center for the Arts will be the stage for this high powered, yet touching drama. 

When Sydney Dunbar's son is murdered she struggles to find a way to move forward with her life. Ultimately, she knows that the only path forward is forgiveness. So, Sydney must confront the man who murdered her child. Can she find a path to forgiveness while staring into the face of pure evil?

The cast features Leah Marie Parker, Patrick White, Chris Foster and Mary Daigneault. The venue is the Whitney Center for the Arts at 42 Wendell Avenue in Pittsfield. Admission is $5. Please visit www.townplayers.org for more information.
