THEATER VOICES CELEBRATES ITS 30TH SEASON!



OPENS Friday, October 13. ONE WEEKEND ONLY!

Theater Voices will present the first staged reading production of its
2017-2018 Season:

*Rx *by Kate Fodor, directed by Yvonne Perry



Performances will be held at Steamer No. 10 Theatre, 500 Western Avenue
(corner of West Lawrence St.) Albany, NY 12203 on *Friday, October 13 at
8pm; Saturday, October 14 at 3:00pm and 8:00pm; and Sunday, October 15 at
3:00pm. Admission is free*



This sly, smart comedy takes a stab at Big Pharma and its cynical mission
to medicate the whole world for the condition of being human.

Theater Voices of Albany is a group of dedicated actors and directors who,
throughout the company’s history, have presented both new and classic works
with the specific goal of emphasizing the richness of the playwrights’
language. Each production is a fully performed staged reading with minimal
scenery and simple costumes.



Theater Voices a not-for-profit organization under IRS 501c(3)  is funded
in part by the City of Albany and the New York State Council on the Arts
COMMUNITY ART$GRANTS.
