May 1st through May 7th: THE HMT DREAM AUCTION. Home Made Theater will be
having a fundraising auction from May 1st through May 7th. The HMT Dream
Auction will be an online only opportunity for the public to bid on a
variety of items using eBay for Charity. Some of the items include: A
Classic Harbor Line cruise in New York City, a cooking class from Market
Bistro by Price Chopper, Williamstown Theatre Festival tickets (among
others), a variety of dinner gift certificates, hotel getaways, and a unique
opportunity to have breakfast with Saratoga Springs firefighters. Starting
May 1st you can view and bid on the auction items at HMT's special auction
web site, https://homemadetheater.org/special-events/hmt-dream-auction/.

 

 

May 4th through May 6th: HMT presents JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR
DREAMCOAT.  Home Made Theater concludes its 33rd season with the enduring
Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber musical. Friday and Saturday performances
start at 7:30pm, and the Sunday performance starts at 2:00pm. Tickets are
$29 and $26, with discounts available for seniors, students and groups. And
for this production, students 18 and under can attend the Friday night
performance for $20. An optional dinner package is available with Pennell's
Restaurant for $25 per person plus tax and gratuity. For tickets, call the

Monday, May 7th and Tuesday, May 8th: AUDITIONS FOR YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN: Home
Made Theater announces open auditions for their October production of YOUNG
FRANKENSTEIN, music and lyrics Mel Brooks, book by Mel Brooks and Thomas
Meehan, based on the screenplay by Gene Wilder and Mel Brooks. Auditions
both evenings will be from 6:30-8:00pm. No appointments are necessary. For

Friday, May 18th & Saturday, May 19th:  ALADDIN JR. The students of HMT's
Youth Musical Theater Conservatory present Aladdin Jr. on Friday, May 18th
at 7:30pm, and Saturday, May 19th at 1:00pm. Tickets are $10 for adults and
$5 for children age 12 and under. Seating is general admission. For more

Thursday, May 31st: HMT hosts "The Official, Unofficial Start of Summer."
Join HMT at Sinclair Saratoga to kick off the summer season with a special
event. The evening will include a corn hole tournament, the traditional HMT
Cake Walk, raffles, food from Buddah Noodle, and a cash bar. Each $25 ticket
includes a drink voucher. For more information go to the HMT web site at
