Join Dana Marks and Tom O'Connor for FOUNDATION WORK: a 2-day somatic workshop at the Historic Eclipse Mill in North Adams, Massachusetts (a one-hour drive from Albany).

Engage in sequenced, somatic exercises to foster heightened awareness in the body. Work as an individual, in tandem, then in ensemble form to cultivate suppleness, expressiveness, and ease in your movement. 

Experience the full weekend or drop in for one day. Come play!
