COMEDY IMPROV WORKSHOPS
Interested in learning and getting  more comfortable with
performing comedy improv?  Each  workshop will cover various topics, from 
basic scene building to  characterization, physicalization, and continuity.  
Plus, we'll be playing  a lot of fun improv games!  Whether it's to help you 
become a better actor,  fine-tune your improv skills, or just feel more comfortable 
in front of an  audience, these workshops will help you out.
 
*THE COMEDY  IMPROV WORKSHOP IS RECOMMENDED FOR AGES 16 AND  ABOVE.

Joey Faust has spent the last five  years regularly performing comedy improv 
with RPI's comedy troupe, Sheer  Idiocy.  He has two years experience as 
creative director of the troupe,  which performs monthly on RPI's campus.


STAGE MANAGEMENT  WORKSHOP
 
Ever wonder what it takes to be an effective stage  manager.  This workshop 
is an excellent tool for stage managers, directors,  producers, and even 
actors.  We will discuss the stage manager's  responsibilities to the production 
process, the actors, the director, the  producer, and the design team.  Learn 
what directors and producers are  looking for in a stage manager and how you can 
help your production open even  more successfully.
