Confetti Stage is holding Auditions for it Short Play Series this week.
 
Tuesday and Thursday @ 7:30pm  at the Confetti Stage Studio in the Hilton Center for the Performing Arts. (40 Russell Rd., Albany)
 
Actors needed for 6 short plays.  This is an awesome opportunity for actors to work on character development and work with different directors on character driven pieces. 15-20 actors needed.  The auditions will be very laid back and fun......The rehearsal period will be very short.  Performance dates are July 16th and 17th @ the Hilton Center Theater.  This is a great chance to perform and show off your talents to local directors and producers as well as your family and friends.
 
Plays to be performed include:
Boiling People in my Coffee (comic drama)
A Curtain Call to Arms or The Final Bow (dark dark comedy)
Ferris Wheel (comedy)
The Battle of Bull Run Always Makes Me Cry (comedy)
 
 
Confetti Stage is also looking for actors interested in taking part in our 2nd Monologue Showcase.  Dust off your favorite Monologue or audition piece and perform it with us on July 15th @ the Hilton Center Theater.  There is no audition process to take part,  but we do need to know you want to take part no later than July 5th.  Just another easy and fun opportunity to show off your talent to a local audience.
