Confetti Stage Audition Announcement
 
Confetti Stage announces auditions for it upcoming production of Terrence McNally’s drama, Corpus Christi.
 
Auditions will take place Monday, December 11 at 7pm and Wednesday, December 13 at 7pm at The Women’s Building, 79 Central Avenue, Albany, NY.
 
Those auditioning are asked to prepare a one minute dramatic monologue and be prepared to read cold from the script. If you do not have a monologue, one will be provided. Headshots and resumes are NOT required, but feel free to bring them if you have them.
 
There are 13 roles for men only ages 18 and up. THIS PRODUCTION IS INTENDED FOR MATURE AUDIENCES.  IF YOU ARE EASILY OFFENDED BY CONTROVERSIAL VIEWPOINTS OR ISSUES, WE SUGGEST YOU RESEARCH THIS PLAY BEFORE DECIDING TO AUDITION.   THANK YOU.
 
Roles available include:
 
Joshua – handsome, play early - mid 20’s
Judas – handsome, play mid – late 20’s
11 Ensemble Actors –  each able to play several different characters throughout the story. There is no age restriction on the ensemble.
 
 
 
Read through will be Sunday, December 17, 2006 at 6pm at The Women’s Building.
 
Rehearsals will begin Wednesday, January 3, 2007 at The Women’s Building.
 
Performances will be held February 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, 10.  Location to be announced
