[Capdist-auditions] Last Call for Production Team Members - ART

The Delta Xi Cast of Alpha Psi Omega, the National Theatre Honor 
Fraternity at Rensselaer in Troy, NY, is accepting resumes for 
production team members for a September production of ART by Yasmina 
Reza.  All positions are volunteer and unpaid.  Positions to be filled 
include:

Assistant to the Director
Assistant to the Producer
Stage Manager
Assistant Stage Manager
Set Designer
Costume Coordinator
Properties Coordinator
Light Designer
Sound Designer
Publicity Director
House Manager
Box Office Manager
Board Operators
Running Crew

The production will be directed by John Birchler and produced by Laura 
W. Andruski.  Dates to remember: Auditions are June 13 & 15 from 7-10pm 
in the Playhouse. (More info to come soon.) Performance dates are 
September 8, 9, 14, 15, 16 at 8pm.

Please keep in mind that it is the intention of the Delta Xi Cast to 
have ART adjudicated for the 2006 TANYS Festival to be held in Glens 
Falls, NY. If selected, the show will have one additional performance 
during the weekend of November 17, 18 & 19. All cast and crew members 
must be available for that possibility.

If interested, please email your interest along with a brief history of 
your qualifications (you may attach a resume), your summer 
availability, and position(s) you are interested in doing.  Send your 
info to the producer below.  Deadline for submissions is Thursday, May 
11 at 3:00 PM.

The Delta Xi Cast of Alpha Psi Omega operates similar to a community 
theater organization on the campus of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. 
  Performances take place in the RPI Playhouse, 15th Street, Troy, NY.  
Casting and production roles are open to all.
