     June 4            4:00-6:00pm

June 6 and 7        6:00-8:00pm

 

And Then They Came for Me:

Remembering the World of Anne Frank

 

by James Sill

 

Holocaust Project - a multi-media presentation of a unique theatrical

production that weaves videotape interviews with two holocaust

survivors with live actors who re-create scenes from their lives.

 

Needed:

Two Hitler Youths, age 12;

Ed, age 12 and his parents, ages 40 plus

Eva,age 13; her older brother, age 18; and her parents, ages 40 plus

Anne Frank, age 13

one video person - one sound person

 

Production dates  October 20 - 29

 

Be a part of this extraordinary journey from the beginning to end as actors or crew!

            ... Be involved in auditions in June and several events over the summer;
            ... Rehearse one night a week in August;

            ... Rehearse three nights/one weekend in September;
            ... Full rehearsals and performances in October.

Sand Lake Center for the Arts, Home of Circle Theatre Players, 
is a not for profit community arts center.  
The Center is a renovated, historically significant 1835 church 
with a fully equipped open performing space for theatrical productions, 
community meetings, concerts, workshops and classes; and is available for rent.  
The light-filled Gallery boasts original stained glass windows 
and exhibits artists' work monthly and is open on Sundays from 1-4pm.  
The Gallery, Café and Gift Shop are open one hour prior to events.  

Volunteer opportunities abound and can be yours by contacting 
Volunteer Coordinator, Joyce Greenberg at jgreenb3 at nycap.rr.com.  

The Center is air conditioned, handicapped accessible and has free parking.  



SLCA is located at 2880 NY 43, 1/2 mile east of the blinking light in Averill Park,  

centrally located from Albany, Pittsfield and Bennington.
