Stageworks announces auditions for the first production of the season, 
ELLIOT, A SOLDIER'S FUGUE.  Both AEA and non-AEA can contact us for an 
appointment.  If you cannot make the audition, please send us your 
picture and resume if you would like us to have you on file.  There is

  Please prepare a brief contemporary monologue.

  Please bring a picture and resume, stapled together.

  The play centers around an American family of Puerto Rican descent.

  Elliot:  19. Serving in Iraq, 1st Marine Division.

  Pop:  40's - At various adult ages. Elliot’s father, served in 
Vietnam, 3rd Cavalry Division.

  Grandpop:  50's/60's - At various adult ages. Elliot’s grandfather, 
served in Korea, 65th Infantry Regiment of Puerto Rico.

  Ginny:  late 30's/40's -At various adult ages. Elliot’s mother, served 
in Vietnam, Army Nurse Corps.


Theatre’s statement: “Stageworks actively seeks to cast from these 
auditions.”

Roles in the season are open to Non-Traditional Casting. The Theatre 
encourages all performers to audition.
