Classic Theater Guild, an all volunteer 501(c)(3) non-profit community theater is holding its Second Annual Helderberg Theater Festival on July 24-August 3. Part of the Festival will include the Director's Showcase/New Play Festival which includes performances on July 24, 30 and August 1, of three short, original plays written and directed by Capital District talent. 
   
  Auditions for the Director's Showcase/New Play Festival will be held: May 19 at the Wyman Osterhout  Community Center, Rt. 85, Voorheesville, NY, and May 20 at Zuzu's Cafe, 299 Hamilton Street, Albany, NY;  6:30pm sign in, 7-9pm auditions.
   
  Actors are needed for two plays: "Words, Words, Words" and "Universal Language." 
   
  Words, Words, Words:
  Desription:  A ten minute contemporary comedy about 3 monkeys under a controlled scientific experiment to see which one will beable to write Hamlet.  
  Roles:  Needed 2 males and 1 female preferably in their 20's or early 30's.
   
  Universal Language:
  Description:  A ten minute contemporary comedy about a woman with a stuttering problem who goes to see a language specialist to try to correct the way she speaks.
  Roles: Needed 1 male and 1 female preferably in their mid to late 20's or early 30's.
