[Capdist-auditions] NYS Theatre Institute Internship interviews

The New York State Theatre Institute (NYSTI) is conducting interviews through May 1 with high school and college students interested in a full or part-time internship with us next fall semester or this summer during our SummerStage and Summer Theatre Institute camp programs.  

Students earn academic credit from their home academic institution arranged in concert with NYSTI.  

During the fall semester students will rotate through different aspects of professional theatre work: onstage, technical and administrative in line with their interests.  Auditions for onstage work will be held at the beginning of the semester.  

The option for a full year internship is available if invited back after the fall or, looking ahead, students may wish to intern only in the spring semester.  Please email interndirector at nysti.org, visit www.nysti.org or call 518-274-3295.

NYSTI is a professional theatre for family and school audiences with many educational programs.  A nominal fee is charged by NYSTI in addition to whatever fees are charged by the intern’s home academic institution.
