This is an update to an earlier posting, so please don't resubmit if done so already. Below I have added character breakdowns for low budget full length horror 'Black Hills', shooting albany area september and october. Send pix/res  and ROLES INTERESTED IN TO: mandersal10 at yahoo.com.

Project - Black Hills
Character Breakdowns
 
1. Tierra Atkins - Lead(Partial brief nudity required)
Age: 25-29
Race: White or African-American or Mixed
Height: 5'5 to 5'9
Build: Athletic 
History: Tierra is a well reserved person, been through more then what she can handle. Prettier than she knows, suffering from the death of her father although she shows no physical signs.


Tierra is the great granddaughter of a man who was forced to kill the parents of Woody! After his death there has been a curse on the family. Tierra is the last of kin, and Woody wants to make sure of that.


2. Greg Chambers - Lead
Age: 26-30
Race: White or African-American or mixed
Height: 5'8 to 6'2
Build: Athletic
History: Greg Chambers is the fiance of Tierra. He's a hunky detective who's dedicated to his job, but wants the family life more then anything.


Greg is the complete opposite of Tierra, hence opposites attract. he's outgoing, bubbly, and extremely charming.


3. Ramsey Adams - Principle
Age: Early 20's
Race: Any
Height: 5'6 to 6'0
Build: Scrawny 
History: Ramsey Adams, is a Forensic photographer from the early 70's sent investigate crime scenes, to make sure any additional evidence was overlooked.


4. Woody - Supporting
Age: ? 
Race: Native-American
Height: 6'2 to 6'5
Build: Muscular
History: Woody's father was killed over land that he did not want to sell. He was killed by Tierra's great grandfather. Just an average kid, who was introduced to witchcraft by his mother who's also Native American.


5. GUS 
Age: late 40's early 50's
Race: White
Build: Any
History: Gus is a sheriff and also land developer that uses his authority to control anything that he gets his hands on.


6. JACK ATKINS (Tierra's great grandfather)
Age: Late 30's early 50's
Race: White or mixed
Build: Any
History: Jack is close friends with Abhay, Woody's father. 

 
7. ABHAY 
Age: Late 40's
Race: Native American
Build: Muscular, but doesnt have to be
History: Woody's father/Jack Atkins best friend, a comfortable land over/farmer. Who grew up with nothing and takes pride in what he has. At all cost will protect his family, and what he has built for them.

Even if it means death. 


8. GLORIA ATKINS (Tierra's Mom)
Age: late 60's ish
Race: White or mixed African American  
History: Tierra's mother who is now ill, cursed by Woody's mother who wanted revenge for the death of her husband. Gloria is not in a health state to help her daughter, but she does not how to stop Woody.

History: A super sexy, geek college girl who earned got a full ride to school even after her parents agreed to pay for it.

History: Tyra is suburban girl with a little tang, and rarely backs down. 


15. Preston

History: Preston is a typical school jock who's arrogance spills out through is pores.

History: Just an average kid who seems to get along with anyone, sort of in his own world if he doesn't know you. Pretty goofy once he does know you.


17. OLD MAN (Native American)

History: A wise old man who can tell about anything including human development.


Seems a little senile do to his old age.

History: Tierra's best friend and also coworker, who would do anything for her. Gives her advice she would of taken herself from her mother. A supporting shoulder.

History: Scarlett, is the mother of Woody. She was married to Abhay, also was secretly into witchcraft which was later discovered by Woody. She has out lived everyone of her time and still mourning the loss of her husband.


She herself is out for revenge, unable to do so she turns to a dark force to avenge the death of her husband.
