Will be holding open auditions for children ages 8-14 for a production of

Aesop's (Oh So Slightly) Updated Fables


Kim Esop-Wylie 
Directed by:  Patricia Keister 
This short play, performed for and with kids, weaves five of Aesop's most famous fables into a show that's fun, fast-paced, and full of surprises. 
Contains: The Dog and the Bone; The Tortoise and the Hare; The Lion and the Mouse; The Fox and the Grapes; The Miller, His Son And the Donkey, and The Country Maid. 
Audition dates:  December 13 and 14, 2010 from 6:30 to 9 p.m.  at the Rotterdam Senior Citizens Center, 2639 Hamburg St., Schenectady, NY, 12303, with performances being in March, 2011.  Registration will be at 6 p.m. with auditions starting at 6:30.  If you are unable to make these audition dates, please contact us for an alternative.    
Auditions will consist of reading from the script. 
The tuition for this show is $50 per child to cover the costs of the show, which will be due at the first rehearsal.  You may either pay this yourself, get $50 in ads for the program, or a combination.  
The rehearsals will start after the first of the year and will probably be 1 or 2 evenings a week in the early evening.
