Scripts sought for 2011 New Play Festival @ CLT

JOHNSTOWN ---- Theatre Workshop, the Colonial Little Theatre playwrights group, is seeking scripts of original plays by Capital Region authors for a series of staged readings to be produced in November.

The production dates of the 2011 New Play Festival are Nov. 4, 5, 11 and 12. The submission deadline is May 1.

All the readings will take place at Colonial Little Theatre, 1	 Colonial Court, Johnstown.

Plays of any reasonable length will be considered. Electronic submissions cannot be considered.

Theatre Workshop was organized in 2006 to develop new plays for production as staged readings at Colonial Little Theatre, and to raise money for the theatre’s capital fund.
