Two Internships positions available for the 2010 summer season
Small village theater company offering two internships, one on design/tech, and one in directing.
Valatie Community Theater is a small nonprofit theater in the Village of Valatie, N.Y. Part of our programming is an annual children’s program presenting one musical for 3rd to 8th graders, and one classic piece for 9th to 12th grade students. We are looking for undergraduate/graduate students interested in internships with us:
1)      Design / tech work on the musical
2)      Directing or assistant directing the classic piece.
The parameters of the positions would be dependent upon the candidates experience and references. There is a stipend for each position, but no housing is available. Transportation would also be the intern’s responsibility. Send letters of interest, resume, and references by May 1st to:
