The Classic Theater Guild is looking to partner with another non-profit community theater organization to share 2,000 square feet of space available for rent as storage/rehearsal/set construction space.

The space is in Schenectady, near the Michigan Avenue exit of I-890, and includes access to an adjacent parking lot, with a loading dock for set moving. The space is on the first floor, is clean, relatively new, has 22 foot high ceilings, heating/cooling included, and access to oversize restrooms, a kitchenette and food/drink vending machines.  

Rent is paid monthly and is very reasonable. A lease and one month security deposit is required.
