Troy, NY September 6 2010 - The RPI Players are holding open auditions for
their Fall performance of Noises Off! by Micheal Frayn.
Auditions will be on September 13th and 14th at 7:30 pm in the RPI
Playhouse, on 15th St next to the footbridge. Auditions will consist of cold
readings of the script and thus will not require prepared monologues.

Noises Off! is to be performed in the RPI Playhouse on November 12, 13, 19,
and 20 at 8pm and November 14 at 2pm.

Noises Off! is directed by Jacob Brode.

Noises Off! is a comedy about the conflicts between a cast of actors as they
rehearse and perform a farce entitled Nothing On. Much of Noises Off!'s
comedy arises from the subtle variations in the troupe's performance of
Nothing On, as well as how the off-stage drama affects the on-stage
performance.

The RPI Players are a student-run community theater. While primary
participants in the organization are RPI students, auditions and production
roles are open to all community members.
