American Heritage Living History Productions is casting for the premiere production of a new original outdoor historical drama entitled: Drums Along the Mohawk Outdoor Drama© by Kyle Jenks
This production is an adaptation of the American classic historical fiction novel Drums Along the Mohawk by Walter D. Edmonds. Walter D. Edmonds was born in Boonville, NY (in nearby Oneida County, NY). His 1936 novel was made into an award winning Hollywood movie in 1939 starring Henry Fonda and Claudette Coburn. Now the story of the Revolutionary War in the Mohawk Valley of upstate New York comes home! The production takes place on a scenic and historical site that is the geographic epicenter of the actual events of American Revolution.
Crew members also needed.
Costume makers /seamstresses also needed.
This production includes a large cast.
Many non- speaking roles also available.
Some roles will receive fight direction.
Orchestral musicians also needed.
No travel required for auditions.
Performance Date: Saturday, August 4, 2012
Place: Mohawk, New York (Exit 30 off the NYS Thruway)
Note this is a one time performance that will be held outdoors rain or shine.
No singing or dancing skills required.

Tentative rehearsal schedule: July 29 through August 3, 2012 in Mohawk, NY. (Exit 30 off the NYS Thruway). Due to the travel involved, every attempt will be made to streamline the rehearsal schedule based on the requirements of each role.
