Auditions for You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown at The Ghent Playhouse.
 
The Ghent Playhouse will hold auditions for their upcoming musical, You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown. Auditions will be held at The Ghent Playhouse on Town Hall Road off Route 66 in Ghent, NY on Tuesday evening, March 8 and Thursday evening, March 10 at 7 p.m. (sign-in starts at 6:30 p.m.).  Directed by Judy Staber, Musical Director Catherine Schane-Lydon.
 
This musical by the late Clark M. Gesner revolves around a typical day in the life of Charlie Brown and his friends, Charles M. Schulz’s beloved Peanuts characters.  The production opens on May 20th and runs through June 5th. Full information at

Actors will read from the script and are asked to bring a simple audition song (no arias please).  We are looking for actor/singers between 20 and 35 years who are able to get in touch with their inner child.  The characters are: 
 
Charlie Brown               8 years old
Sally, his sister     6 years old
Lucy                         8 years old
Linus, her brother  7 years old
Schroeder             8 years old
Snoopy a dog.
