[Capdist-auditions] CALLING ALL ACTORS!

The Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) is seeking actors and/or actresses
who are willing to donate their time and play the roll of a Paparazzi!  We
are gearing up for our Albany Lock-Up event where we set up a mock jail at a
restaurant and pre recruit business owners and community leaders in the
Albany area to be our very important "Jailbirds."  This Lock-Up is a special
one because we set it up as a Hollywood theme and throw out a red carpet for
all of our executive jailbirds attending.  
 
WHERE: Taste Restaurant on 30 South Pearl Street 
WHEN:    Wednesday, August 17th / Any or all hours between 8:30-5pm
WHAT:    Come dressed and ready to act as a paparazzi!
 
Once the jailbirds get off the red carpet and through the paparazzi's, they
enter jail where they have their mug shot taken and are fed a gourmet
version of bread and water.  Each bird stays for one hour making calls to
their friends, family, co-workers, etc. to try to raise bail money to go to
the MDA. 
 
MDA is a voluntary health agency working to defeat 43 neuromuscular diseases
through worldwide research, comprehensive services and professional and
public health education.  In addition to funding ground-breaking research,
MDA maintains some 230 clinics nationwide, including one at Albany Medical
Center and an MDA ALS clinic at St Peters.  Funds are also allocated to
local support groups and a summer camp for kids with muscle-wasting diseases
at the Double "H" Ranch in Lake Luzerne, NY.
