Wednesday, Oct. 19th,  6:30pm - 7:30pm



                            At The Spa Little Theater, Saratoga Spa State
Park



The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe is an heroic tale of love, faith,
courage and giving. Four children, Susan, Edmund, Peter and Lucy travel
through a wardrobe and enter the magical world of Narnia. They meet Mr. and
Mrs. Beaver who invite them to dinner. The beavers recount a prophecy and
the children learn of their destiny to free it from the evil White Witch
with the help of a mystical lion.



HMT is looking for actors of all ages for The Lion, the Witch and the
Wardrobe.



PLACE: THE LAND OF NARNIA       TIME: THE 1940'S



THE CHARACTERS:

ASLAN - age 20 & up A Great Lion. Male or Female role

WHITE WITCH - age 20 & up An Evil Queen. Female role.

LUCY - age 10 & up Youngest female of the four children.

EDMUND - age 10 & up Youngest male of the four children.

SUSAN - age 15 & up Oldest female of the four children.

PETER - age 15 & up Oldest male of the four children.

MR. BEAVER - age 20 & up Forest animal. Male role.

MRS. BEAVER - age 20 & up Forest animal. Female role.

UNICORN - age 20 & up Forest animal. Male or Female role.

CENTAUR - age 20 & up Forest animal. Male role.

TUMNUS - age 20 & up   A faun. Male role

FENRIS ULF - age 15 & up A wolf and the head of the Witch's Secret

   police. Male role.

DWARF - age 15 & up Servant to the Witch. Male role.

FATHER CHRISTMAS - age 30 & up Bringer of gifts. Male role.

ELF - age 12 & up Father Christmas' helper. Male or Female role.

WHITE STAG - age 15 & up An elusive omen of good fortune. Male or Female
role.

ASLAN'S FOLLOWERS - age 8 & up Forest animals.

WITCH'S ARMY - age 8 & up  Evil Villains.

WOOD NYMPHS - age 8 & up   Stage helpers.


Scripts will be available, prior to auditions, at The Saratoga Public
Library Reference Desk



For the audition: No Appointment is necessary

Please bring a current photo & resume è Photos cannot be returned



REHEARSAL SCHEDULE:Monday through Wednesday evenings and Sunday afternoon or
evening beginning Tuesday, November 1. There may be an October read-through
scheduled.



Production Dates:Weekends, Dec. 9-18 - Plus two weekday performances, Dec.
13 & 15 at 10AM
