[Capdist-auditions] Music Director needed....

CAPITAL AREA PRODUCTIONS is looking for a Music Director for its April Production of:

The Production is set to Perform April 20th at 7pm, April 21st at 2pm and 7pm and April 22nd at 2pm 
at GENET ELEMENTARY SCHOOL in East Greenbush.

We are looking for a Music Director who would be able to start rehearsals in February (with Auditions being held in January).  We are flexible on days for music rehearsals and can work around the Music Directors availability (please note we never rehearse on Mondays though).  The cast will be 13-20 years old (approximately 30 total). Rehearsals are held at St. Mary's Church on Columbia Turnpike in East Greenbush (across from K-Mart).  There are piano's available for rehearsals.  This show will run with a live Pit so if the candidate is able to play in or conduct pit, that is a huge plus.  This is a paid position (Stipend available).
Musicians wishing to play in the pit should also contact CAPS as we will be hiring our pit once the Music Director is secured.  Books will be available in Mid February for musicians.
