OPEN HOUSE AT HOME MADE THEATER

Home Made Theater will hold an open house on Sunday, September 9th from 1:00
P.M. - 3:00 P.M. at the Spa Little Theater. Saratoga's resident theater
company wishes to welcome the public to learn more about their upcoming 28th
season, and encourage participation through volunteerism and attendance.
Come enjoy refreshments and activities for kids while learning more about
one of Saratoga's most valuable cultural resources.

Volunteers work in almost every aspect of production at Home Made Theater
and work side by side with theater professionals. No experience is
necessary, just a willingness to learn.  Areas of volunteerism you can lean
about at the Open House include concessions, props, lighting, set
construction, sound, running crew, costumes, stage management, ushering and
prompting.

Home Made Theater's 2012-13 season opens in October and continues through
May.  The season includes: 9 TO 5: THE MUSICAL with music and lyrics by
Dolly Parton and book by Patricia Resnick; L. Frank Baum's THE WIZARD OF OZ,
dramatized by Elizabeth Fuller Chapman; David Sedaris' THE SANATLAND
DIARIES; THE 39 STEPS adapted by Patrick Barlow from the work of John Buchan
and Alfred Hitchcock; and Ken Ludwig's LEADING LADIES.  For additional
