Galway Players Auditions 
                         
                       
                   The Galway Players are pleased to announce auditions for their upcoming One Act Play Festival will take place on Sunday, February 26 at 1 p.m. in the Galway Central School Auditorium on NYS Route 147.  The Festival will produce the following plays:
 
                  "ShipShape"  by                  
                     Directed by Patrick O'Brien
 
                  "Any Body for Tea"  by 
                     Directed by Jason Cromie
 
                  "The Man in the Bowler Hat"     
                     Directed by Bryan Cerny
 
                  "The Last Bus Stop" by Mark Cieslak
                     Directed by Mark Cieslak
 
    Our production will feature three one act comedies and the world premiere of a short play with a surprising twist by Mark Cieslak.  ShipShape tells the story of an encounter at a gym, Anybody for Tea shows what may happen when a bevy of slightly aged ladies get a hankering to see more of a 30-40'ish police detective and "The Man in the Bowler" is the story of boring and bored spouses who are transported into the throes of a action drama.
 
     Auditions will include reading sides provided.  Newcomers to the theater ALWAYS welcome!  
If you cannot audition on this Sunday, please contact co-ordinator John Sutton at JohnS147 at aol.com or 882-6755 for an appointment.  Auditions may continue on Sunday, March 4; please look for further notice.  We will have a spot for all interested.  
 
   Production dates are the first Saturday and Sunday in May.  Most rehearsals on Sunday afternoons.
