Work at the Palace Theatre!!

Job title:  Part –time Ticket Seller  12-22 hours per week

Job Description:  Process oral and written requests for tickets to a variety of events. Reconcile cash drawer at close of shift.  Provide the best customer service while answering telephone or customer walkup questions.  Aids in collection and documentation of new customer data.  Performs other duties as assigned by the Box Office and Assistant Box Office Managers.  Knowledge of Microsoft WORD and EXCEL, as well as Ticketmaster, is a plus.   Ideal candidate must be honest, reliable, have excellent math skills, have good communication and customer service skills, and cash handling experience.  Candidate must be able to work with a flexible schedule of days, nights and/or weekends.    

Palace Theatre Box Office Hours:

10-5 Monday through Friday, and 10-2 on Saturday.

We’re also open on event days 3 hours prior and 1 hour after show time for ticket sales!
