Founder of Actor-Model MGT*NY/Albany Talent James Pentaudi brings eighteen
years of experience in casting and is considered one of the top modeling
and acting coaches in the i
ndustry. James: “The only way to have a great agency is to have great
people. Our goal is to find the best people, then make them better, so that
we can give those who would book talent from New York City a viable option
that might save them money.”

He is considered by many in the modeling and talent industry as its
foremost speaker and trainer and has been the keynote speaker at some of
modelings largest and most prestigious conventions. He is the author of
whats been called "the Bible of the modeling industry", "THE GOOD, THE BAD
& THE BEAUTIFUL: THE GUIDEBOOK FOR MODELING IN THE U.S. & CANADA," a
workbook that has been sold in twelve countries.

A former model and actor himself, James began running agencies and training
in 1983, eventually becoming a model scout who has discovered five Vogue
covergirls, was the National Scouting Director with American Model
Management/NYC before creating Pentaudi Model Services in 1993, a national
training company for new models and actors.

For most of sixteen years, he traveled the country, teaching and
photographing models and actors, while judging at conventions and pageants,
including: INTERNATIONAL MODEL & TALENT ASSOCIATING NYC & LA 1991-98
AMERICAN MODEL & TALENT ASSN, Atlanta & Hilton Head 1995-07 CANADIAN MODEL
& TALENT COMPETITION, Toronto 1993-01 ARTS, Orlando 2002-Today

He began his speaking career in 1998 as the keynote speaker at the AMTC in
Charleston SC, and now has spoken to hundreds of thousands of aspiring
models and actors. In 2005 he wrote the one-man musical/motivational
seminar, "LIFE IS A MUSICAL", and its been performed all over the country.
The show is nicknamed, "The Story of the Worlds Most Famous Unknown
Writer". Another show is "AN EVENING WITH JAMES PENTAUDI AND FRIENDS", is a
full evening of his music, as James has written eight hundred songs and
eight musicals.

Jamess musical MIDDLE SCHOOL MADNESS" will be debuting at Mohawk Valley
Community College in Utica, and as has drawn interest of those who wish to
make it a movie. The State Board of Education New York, (BOCES) has asked
that a program be created to adapt the show for the New York State school
system.

One observer wrote, "James Pentaudi combines heart, music, laughter and
tears in a way that is totally unmatched in the world. It has to be seen."
