This is an iconic tale of a strong yet fateful friendship between two men,
struggling for subsistence and hope in rural America during the Depression.
There are nine roles for men and one for a woman. The principal characters,
George and Lennie, are an unlikely pair of itinerants, seeking farm work
wherever they can find it and sometimes daring to dream of a better,
independent life. Other characters are the men and one woman who are
attached to one of their stops, where the work is hard and their dream is
jeopardized by the passions and jealousies of those they encounter, and by
their own flaws.

Although there will be a few rehearsals before the holidays, most will be
after the middle of January, generally 7 to 10pm and seldom on weekends.
Evening performances are on March 8, 9, 14, 15, and 16, with matinees on
March 10 and 17.

Production Dates: March 8 - 17, 2013
