[Capdist-auditions] Volunteers Needed for Concert (May 4th)

Capital Commuity Voices in East Greenbush is seeking volunteers for its 30th Anniversay Concert entitled "Musical Gems: 30 Years with CCV" on Saturday, May 4th at Genet Elementary School.
 
Between 6 and 10 volunteers are needed for various tasks. After the doors are closed, volunteers can enjoy the concert (no ticket required). There are intermission duties as well.
 
The following volunteers needed are:
2 people for checking and selling tickets (elementary math skills needed)
2 people for selling 50/50 tickets.
2 people for ushers who will collect tickets at the door and hand out programs.
 
Arrive time is 6:30 p.m. and meet Kathy (CCV Vice President). Her home number is 518-477-2715 or email is ella101659 at aol.com to let her know you can help out.  This is imperative, thank you!
 
The concert begins at 7:30 and usually runs two hours. We ask that volunteers at least stay through intermission to help with the 50/50 raffle. There is a reception with complimentary food following the concert open to everyone. Overall, it is a good time and great music all night!
 
About Capital Community Voices: We are a four-part (SATB) choral ensemble which presents everything from Brahms to Broadway, from classical to contemporary. This is a mixture of ages, gender, and vocal sounds. The chorus is directed by Julie Panke and presents two concerts per year (in December and May). 
 
Concerts are held at Genet Elementary School, Route 4, East Greenbush, NY, Tickets are $10, general admission and $8, students and seniors.
