[Capdist-auditions] Two actors needed

My name is Bob English, president of Luzerne Productions in Saratoga Springs. A colleague and I are staging a reading of an original play he wrote on Sept 28-29 at Grant Cottage in Wilton at McGregor. I am looking for an actor to portray Barack Obama, and an actress to portray Valerie Jarrett, his advisor. It is a reading, so no script memorization is necessary. It will pay $100 each.

The subject matter is a meeting between Obama and Lincoln. Obama should be black, since racial references are made between him and President Lincoln. Ms Jarrett’s race is not as crucial. A sample script will be available early next week for auditions.
