>From February to May, Channel Z will embark on an entirely new adventure, and we need your help!

We will devise a piece together based on Greek myths.

------------------------------------------------------------
What is a devised piece?
It is a play written, directed, designed and acted by us. We will use texts we find on candy wrappers, transcripts of phone conversations, TV advertisements, images that inspire us, historical time periods, and anything you can think of along with Greek myths to create a piece of theater uniquely our own.


** Whether you were born in the spotlight or would like to try your hand at creating and being in a play,
this is your chance!

This exciting opportunity is open to high school age students.
Our first mandatory meeting will be Wednesday, February 6th at 3:30pm!!
At Caffe Lena, 47 Phila Street, Saratoga Springs, NY.

The process will be lead by Jeremy Ohringer, a senior theater major at Skidmore. He worked in the education department of Steppenwolf Theatre Company and has taught at the National High School Institute program at Northwestern University.
There will be a registration fee for this program. Scholarships are available.
This adventure is designed for high school students.
