Love to perform, but need a little boost? Nerves got your monologue? Crowds make you weak in the knees? Prime your mind to get smooth! Join us for a 1+ hour group session that will include Hypnosis, Tips, Reflection, Feedback and Q&A. Learn self hypnosis that you can use on your own! Yogi tea will be served after class, so stick around and socialize. 
**Bring a yoga mat, blanket and/or pillow and come prepared to relax!**
