Curtain Call Theatre (Latham, NY) will be holding auditions for their
upcoming production of

 

"Abigail/1702"

 

by Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, directed by Steve Fletcher

 


Location:          Curtain Call Theatre, 210 Old Loudon Rd, Latham, NY 12110

Date:                Tue, June 18

Time:               7:00pm - 8:30pm

 

Rehearsals: Start early September 2013

Performance Dates: October 18 through November 16, 2013 (Thu 7:30pm, Fri &
Sat 8pm, Sun 3pm) 

 

There is no need to make an appointment. Sides will be available at the
audition.

Please bring a picture and resume (attached), if you have them.

What really happened to The Crucible's Abigail Williams? It's 1702, a decade
after the infamous Salem witch trials, but Abigail still struggles to atone
for her sins. She hides behind a changed name in a new town and when a
mysterious stranger from Abigail's past catches up with her, it sends her on
one final suspense-filled quest for redemption.

 

 

The following roles are available:

 

John Brown: age 20s - 30s (must play mid-20s). A young man, handsome,
scruffy, unshaven and lean. A bit unsteady.

 

Thomas: age 10. All types are encouraged to audition. (Older boys will be
considered, but they must be believable as a 10yr old.)

 

 

This is a non-union production. There is NO PAY/NO FEE. Local hires, or
those able to provide their own housing, desired.
