[Capdist-auditions] Audition Announcement for Dinner Murder Mystery Fundraiser - May 22, 7 pm

*Seeking volunteer actors with improv experience for scripted murder
mystery called "Law and Odor." *
**

*Auditions will be held on Wednesday, May 22nd at 7:00 pm, at Professor
Java's: 217 Wolf Rd Albany, NY 12205*
**
*Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign in and order a drink! *
**
We will read sides from the script. There is no need to prepare, other than
being familiar with characters in early episodes of Law and Order, and
polishing up your best NY cop accents* [?] *There is also one role for a
snobbish diva character. There are 6 characters (male and female, and some
unspecified) and up to 22 audience parts.
**
*PERFORMANCE DATE IS TENTATIVELY SET FOR THURSDAY JULY 25th. The event will
be held at Comedy Works

*Actors will need to arrive by 5:30 on the night of the show.*
**
*Must be available in June and July for a handful of rehearsals.
Rehearsals dates and times are to be determined based on actor's schedules.*

***** Actors who RSVP that they are attending will receive a sample script
via email in advance of the audition *******
Please be advised that these are non-union, non-paid roles. The play is
being produced by Peggi Perrone; directed by Steven O'Connor and Peggi
Perrone; and written and copyrighted by Nina Hardy Borcher. It is a benefit
for Marie Andree St. Amour, a sister of a local actor (see link below.)
