PRODUCER  (One Week Project)

MASTERMINDS Television Production

SALARY: $1,600 to $2,000 stipend (Depending on Experience). Must have experience in television producing and production. Experience working with high school studies is an added plus.

BENEFITS: There are no benefits for this one week project.

START DATE: Monday, November 18th - Friday, November 22nd

Producer will report to Education Program Manager, Mike Gatzendorfer for briefings on progress of program.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage and work directly with school districts and their students at the high school level.

-Produce the television show MASTERMINDS to the best of their ability;

-Engage and train students of the Schenectady County Community College in roles necessary to the production;

-Produce appropriate number of television shows, related to school enrollment, for air on Open Stage Medial;

-Manage and direct crew of show, comprised of volunteers and, where applicable, hire technicians;

-Reports to Program Manager from Proctors on Budgetary, technical and administrative needs and issues;

-Oversee the editing of the television shows following vision of Producer, Proctors and the sponsor, Schenectady County Community College.
