Schenectady Continuing Adult Education
is offering a
Six Week Acting Workshop 
with actor/teacher Jon South
Fall 2013
Central Park Middle School Auditorium
Mondays, September 16 - October 28
7PM - 9PM
Course Fee: $80

For the experienced actor or the beginner, this detailed workshop will
focus on teaching you how to create a believable character from the
inside-out, how to relax and concentrate in front of an audience or
camera, successful techniques to excel at auditions, the easy (and
correct!) way to learn lines, and much more. Semester will conclude with
a final performance to which friends and family may be invited.
Instructor Jon South is a professional actor and singer trained at the
Herbert Berghof Studio and the NYS Theatre Institute.

You can also view the entire Fall Continuing Education Brochure on

by mailing their registration to Washington Irving Educational Center,
422 Mumford Street, Schenectady, NY 12307. In addition, there will be an
in-person registration at Schenectady High School on Wednesday, September
11th from 5 - 9PM. All registrations will also be accepted on the first
night of class at Central Park Middle School.
