*Troy Civic Theatre will be holding auditions for*:
*Wit,* a play by Margaret Edson.
The 1999 Winner of the Pulitzer Prize for Drama is the story of a renowned
professor of English, who has spent her life studying and teaching the
poems of John Donne, and who now finds herself undergoing an aggressive
treatment for ovarian cancer. She undergoes a dramatic personal
transformation during this process, as she changes from being the
unapproachable professor of very complex literature to an object of study
in a course of medical research.
*Audition Dates*: October 8 and 9 at 7pm.
Individuals will be asked to read sides from the script.
*Location*: The Italian Community Center of Troy, NY, 1450 5th Avenue, Troy
