The Glove Performing Arts Center will be holding auditions for a February
production of Neil Simon's comedy Odd Couple, directed by Nichole Burkus.

Audition dates:
Monday, December 15 6pm-8pm
Tuesday, December 16 6pm-7:30pm
Callbacks Tuesday, December 16 8pm-9pm
Please prepare a short comedic monologue. There will also be readings from
the script.
All roles available.
First read-thru will take place the week of December 22nd. The rehearsal
schedule will be announced at that time.

Two suddenly single pals- a sloppy sportswriter and a fastidious news
writer- strain their friendship by becoming roommates and repeating the
same mistakes they made in the marriages they just left.

CHARACTERS:
Oscar Madison: a slovenly, recently divorced sportswriter
Felix Ungar: a fastidious, hypochondriac news writer, recently separated
from his wife
Murray: An NYPD policeman and Oscar and Felix's poker buddy
Speed: One of the poker buddies. Gruff and sarcastic.
Vinnie: One of the poker buddies. Mild-mannered and henpecked; often picked
on by Speed.
Roy: One of the poker buddies and Oscar's accountant
Cecily Pigeon: Oscar and Felix's upstairs neighbor; a British divorcee'
Gwendolyn Pigeon: Cecily's sister and roommate; a British widow

Performance dates: February 13, 14, and 15
