WHAT: Auditions for "The Wrong Box" an original musical written by Kit
Goldstein Grant, based on the book by Robert Louis Stevenson & Lloyd
Osbourne, directed by John Nickles

WHEN: WEDNESDAY,FEBRUARY 12, 2014 at 7:00 PM (note EXTRA DAY OF AUDITIONS)

WHERE: First Reformed Church on 8N Church St. in the Schenectady Stockade.

ROLES: Seeking 8 male & 3 female roles as well as ensemble (to read from
sides from the script and to sing 16 bars of music (any song). An
accompanist will be available at auditions. (ESPECIALLY SEEKING MALES AGES
20-50)

PRODUCTION: To be performed at the First Reformed Church Performance space
on 4/25/14 - 4/27/14 & 5/1/14 - 5/4/14

SYNOPSIS:A mysterious corpse is knocking about Victorian England, and two
unscrupulous cousins are desperately trying to find it - except when
they're desperately trying to lose it! If the corpse in the train wreck
turns out to be Uncle Joseph then Cousin Michael wins the family
inheritance, unless Cousin Morris can dispose of the body first. From
pillar to post, from packing-case to piano, the hapless heirs scramble to
keep up with the vanishing cadaver in this musical adaptation of Robert
Louis Stevenson's classic farce.
