For *“The Exonerated”* by Erik Jensen and Jessica Blank

Directed by Jason Radalin


To be performed in the FMCC Theatre as part of the
*Buck Moon Arts Festival-- July 12 and 13, 2014 *on the campus of
Fulton-Montgomery Community College, 2805 State Hwy 67, Johnstown NY 12095


*An ethnically diverse cast of 10 is needed* (3 women/5 men/2 non specific)

Culled from interviews, letters, transcripts, case files and public
records, The Exonerated tells the true stories of six wrongfully convicted
individuals who spent 2 – 22 years on death row. Monologues and scenes are
interwoven to paint a picture of an American criminal justice system gone
wrong – and of six brave souls who persevered to survive it all.

This production will be a staged reading.  Actors will be performing with
scripts on a music stands in front of them.

All are welcome to audition.




*Open Auditions: Wednesday, May 28, 4:00pm Friday, May 30, 6:30pm*


Auditions will consist of reading from the script.  Although no preparation
is required, auditioners may perform a prepared monologue if they choose.
