Jazz/Contemporary Dance Classes begin Monday, 11/10/14, 10:45-11:45am,
Albany Dance & Fitness, 1197 Central Ave, Albany, NY

This class offers a fun-filled mix of “old school” Jazz Dance technique,
with Broadway and Contemporary/Expressive movement styles. Loosen up with
jazz isolations & warm ups for coordination, balance and alignment. Expand
into full body stretching exercises for flexibility and strength (standing
and floor) followed by movement combinations across the floor, and
choreography in the center. Get fit, let loose and have fun! Find the inner
“Jazz Baby” in you! Mixed Level. Please wear comfortable clothing you can
move in and bring flat jazz shoes or dance sneakers. Cost: $12/class
