CASTING CALL FOR THE MOVIE "BRUTAL" 

Five people get invited to their friend's new mansion for dinner. The evening is pleasant at first, until four masked men attack the household. As the guests struggle to survive the attacks, it becomes apparent that this assault might not be as random as it seems. 

MAIN CHARACTERS 

Any ethnicity / 30s to Mid 40s / Wing Chun Experience a plus 
Steve: a good-natured, friendly, down on his luck kind of guy who seems to be bullied by everyone and everything around him. It is revealed that he practices a martial art called wing chun kung fu (a close-range style that relies on attacks like punches, chops, elbows, and kicks to the shin and groin), but it is unclear how good he actually is...until the assault begins. 

Any ethnicity / 30s to Mid 40s 
Jeff: an old acquaintance of Mike and Dave. He has recently come into some money and bought a mansion. While not naturally arrogant, the bully side of him seems to be brought out around Steve. 

Any ethnicity / 30s to Mid 40s / Flexibility and Tae Kwon Do Experience a plus
Mike: Steve's friend/coworker, also a high school friend of Jeff's. The two bonded over their love of martial arts. Mike practices tae kwon do, which is a long-range kicking style that requires speed, good balance and flexibility. 

Any ethnicity / 20s to Mid 30s / Model type 
Allison: Mike's girlfriend. She is beautiful, but this attractiveness somehow seems phony. Her reasons for being with Mike are unclear, as she doesn't seem to be at all interested in what he has to say. 

Any ethnicity / 30s to Mid 40s 
Dave: an arrogant business man who has known Jeff since high school. He recognizes Steve as a target and immediately attacks everything about him, including his love of wing chun. 

Any ethnicity / 30s / Girl next door type 
Janet: Dave's girlfriend. A recent divorcee, she is dating Dave merely because he is her first attempt to get back out in the field. Although she arrives at the party with Dave, it is obvious from their first look at each other that there is a spark between her and Steve. 

Any ethnicity / Any age / Tall (for Assailant #1)/ Combat and weapon training a plus 
Assailants: 1, 2, 3, 4: Not much is known about the personalities of the attackers. They are identifiable by their weapons (which are mainly silent, slashing weapons like knives, axes, and so on). What IS clear about them is that they have had some kind of combat training...not just generic military training, but possibly special forces.
